RETURN POLICY
We allow returns for Lilac Blonde store credit of your purchase (not including the original shipping cost or Route Protection) within 7 days of delivery.
We cannot process exchanges.
Shoes
All items must be new, unworn and sent back in original packaging. Shoes must be returned in the original box provided with all materials, and packaged inside a protective shipping box.

If approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If the item comes back to us worn, damaged or without all packaging we will not accept it and it will be sent back to you.
Please allow up to 10-14 business days once your return has arrived back to us to inspect and authenticate the items(s) and process your store credit.
Clothing
All items must be unworn and unwashed, with any original tags attached or in bag. If have an issue you can contact us at help@lilacblonde.com. We’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Sale Items
All items marked down/marked as sale are final sale.
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
Please follow the instructions below to make a return.
Pack item(s) to return into a box or bag of your choice.
Include your original invoice included in your package or your confirmation email so we can identify your order. (If this is a gift we can issue you a e-gift card for the return. Please provide the full name and email you would like the e-gift card to be sent to.)
Once we have received the return, we will process it within 5-7 business days. You will receive credit on an electronic Lilac Blonde gift card.
